Customer Service - Returns Policy

At Feggari, we strongly believe that the 'Feggari Peeling®', 'Magic Peeling'  and 'Tan-A-Way®' Gloves are superior products to any other exfoliating gloves on the market. There are regular demonstrations, at our network of Beauty Salons and Health Shop suppliers around the country. We also travel around Australia, visiting health and beauty expo's and conferences, demonstrating the product in person. We make every effort to give you, the customer  the opportunity to inspect the gloves, or see them in action, before you buy.

We offer an unconditional 14 day money back guarantee, on any product that has been returned UNOPENED and UNUSED, and in original packaging. For all other requests for returns, please contact a Customer Service representative to discuss your individual situation.

The following 'Terms and Conditions' apply:

  1. Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  2. All returned orders must be accompanied by an RAN (Return Authorisation Number), to send back with the original product. Please contact a Customer Service representative, during normal business hours, Monday to Friday - 9.00am to 5.30pm AEST. Have details of your original payment information and order number available.
  3. All returns must be sent via Australia Post Registered Mail, quoting your RAN number, including a copy of your invoice. The product is covered by insurance if returned by 'Registered Post', and we are able to track the delivery.
  4. Postage and Handling costs are non-refundable.
